KINDLE ☆ The Cowboys Sweetheart The Cowboy Series #6 Û Brenda Minton

Cowgirl Andie Forester let an unexpected kiss turn into something with cowboy Ryder Johnson He's her best friend and the man she's secretly loved forever But when Andi This book was not what I had expected Classified as a romancenot really in my mind Andie and Ryder have known each other for almost their entire lives They are so close they refer to themselves as best friends Without thinking they spend the night together and Andie gets pregnant Minton alludes to this night together but doesn't go into details making this a cleanvery clean romance novel Which is fine There is nothing wrong with skipping over the deed but Minton skipped over a lot of what happened after that night too which didn't make it confusing exactly I just felt like something was missing The book is only 217 pages long Although I feel like Minton is a decent writer half way through I was getting tired of reading the same things It felt like the author was writing in circles concerning the baby and how Ryder didn't want to excluded in Andie's life The two characters work it out in the endnaturallybut for the reader it was a little annoying to read the same thing over and over again There wasn't much that happened in this novel which is okay but it only made the book okay Nothing very memorable Having said that it makes it strange for me to say that there are 14 uestion in the back of the book designed for discussion Minton was pretty heavy on God But really didn't go into much detail about Andie's wanting to go back to church Minton basically just told the reader that is the way it is and left it The uestions are fairly thought provoking and would take up a lot of space to answer them I suppose they are available to those in a book club Do book clubs really read this kind of book?Minton is a decent writer as far as following the characters and the way she describes things but this story I feel just needed Could have been plot information about Ryder's dad and information about each character Not just the same things over and over
